国外百姓对媒体的态度我不清楚。中国是有很大一部分人是把所有电视报纸等都当做官方权威来看待的。这一点在电视购物这个问题上就表现得很突出。他们认为电视报纸上发表的东西，那一定是被认证肯定的东西，不管是价格还是质量都是有保障的。我有一朋友就干的电视购物公司，旗下员工被培训在送货时要选择子女工作学习而不在家的时间段。

所谓外媒，也有不同，看多了就有体会

BBC是英国官办，立场会以英国政府为准，民营的媒体就不同。美国主流新闻媒体，比如CNN，比较中间独立，偏见可能，“由有关部门授意而发的歪曲事实的报道”不说没有，也是极少（你能举例吗？）。媒体一般有倾向，支持自己的政党，比如Fox News极右，乃共和党大本营，而一般有好莱坞背景的媒体都偏左，支持民主党。无论如何，在美国，公信力是媒体追求的目标，否则极难生存，即使极右的Fox News，也不会高唱“没有共和党就没有新美国”，所以，和中宣部治下，还是有本质的区别

看看：上面列举的这些头衔和名誉又有多少实际作用呢？连国家体育委员会的门都没有进去．整一民间人士（个体户）而已．在【五个重庆】里的“健康重庆”宣传活动中，吕紫剑获得“全国健康老人”的称号，成为健康老人形象的代表．2012年10月22日晚，吕紫剑的追悼会在重庆市莲花公墓莲花厅举行．既然是在“莲花公墓”这种平常人家归宿墓园里办事，那就什么也不用多说了．

这些人在干啥? 英文意思是啥? 都是海外的华人,观点和你区别很大啊. 西方媒体在很多涉中问题上的偏见不客观,甚至是造假.网上揭露过很多的.包括CNN,BBC等权威的西方媒体. 有兴趣大家可以在网上随便搜.

我说，近年来骗子被揭露的也不少，媒体和记者为什么就不学乖呢，那记者也是受过高等教育的，一听这种江湖人士满嘴跑火车，什么找到蒋介石然后把马歇尔的保镖一掌打死，为什么不问个真假？估计不是记者傻，而是得了好处，就充当“妓者”了

还有看不惯的就是那些欢呼叫好的人，只要是打了日本人美国人，不知真假，他们就奉为英雄，这样的愚民，不奴役没有天理

你举的这个例子很有意思，可以讨论一下。这是2008年华人抗议CNN政治评论员杰克卡佛蒂言论的游行。具体情况如下：

中國言論爭議

卡弗蒂在2008年4月9日的新聞評論節目《The Situation Room》發表了一番針對中國的言論：「我们和他们积累数以千亿元的贸易逆差，因为我们不断输入他们含铅的垃圾产品和有毒宠物食品，又将工作转移到你可以给工人一美元月薪的地方。这样就可以制造我们在沃尔玛买到的东西。所以我認為我們和中國的關係大有改變，50年以來，他们都是同一批暴民和惡棍[1]。（这句话被部分媒体翻译为“ 过去50年里中国人基本上是暴民和匪徒”）[2]」引起部分華人的抗議，中華人民共和國外交部發言人姜瑜在4月14日的例行記者會称對有關言論震驚及強烈譴責，要求CNN及卡弗蒂提收回有關言論，並向全體中國人民道歉[3]。对此，CNN于4月16日發表聲明說其評論無意傷害中國人民，卡弗蒂所称的「一群无赖和暴徒」指的是中国政府，而非中国人民。[4]4月19日，数千华人在洛杉矶的CNN大楼门前集会抗议卡弗蒂以及CNN对中国的报导及评论。同日，在亚特兰大的CNN总部门前也有较小规模的抗议。[5][6][7]

这个可以说是卡佛蒂对中国的偏见，但只是他个人的意见，并无“上头”的旨意。有几点要说明

1.       CNN不是官办媒体

2.       CNN的政治评论员表达自己的观点，而不是官方，甚至不是CNN的观点，CNN只保证他们雇员没有出格的言语，比如种族歧视或支持纳粹，别的基本不管

3.       卡佛蒂以敢言著名，他对美国政府的评论也是极为锋利。下面是他在CNN评论美国政府的言论

卡佛蒂起先支持入侵伊拉克，后来改变看法。他曾评论：“布什政府以9/11为借口入侵伊拉克。很多人大发战争财——至今已花掉6千亿——很多流入政府的朋友的腰包，当然还有那么多石油。我绝对不相信入侵一个主权国家的决定是高尚的。他们并未对美国做什么。”

2006年2月15日，卡佛蒂评论极右的Fox News采访副总统切尼，他先是把Fox News称为“F-word News”，F-word在英语里指“操”这个不雅的词，正好Fox也以F打头，这是用笑话表示轻蔑，然后又称这场采访是“邦尼采访克莱德”，邦尼和克莱德是美国历史上著名的雌雄大盗，如果你看过描写他们的电影《邦尼和克莱德》就知道这样的说法意味着什么。

这样的例子太多了，不一一翻译介绍了

以下是我翻译的这些卡佛蒂评论的原文，以及CNN自己对2008事件的报道。如果你了解了卡佛蒂其人，以及CNN和卡佛蒂之间的关系及对事件的看法，你就可以了解那只是一个具有极强的政治观点的且大嘴巴的评论员的个人过激言辞，且只是评论，并非报道，所以也无所谓“歪曲报道”，更没有“由有关部门授意而发的歪曲事实的报道”。就像我说的，在美国，如果某个媒体一直秉承“有关部门”的旨意，是难以获得观众和读者的，起码CNN不是

想说的是：在美加，一般华人不太关心政治，这些去游行的，倒很有可能是“有关部门”组织的，这在北美华人当中是公开的秘密，哈哈

Cafferty initially supported the 2003 invasion of Iraq. He says he "bought the whole song and dance about WMDs. I was caught up in the national hysteria that followed 9/11, and was captive to the political manipulation, if you will, that took place in all of us."[5] He revised his position when the Downing Street memo was leaked in 2005 and has since become a harsh critic of the administration.
On the Iraq War, Cafferty stated, "The Bush administration used 9/11 as an excuse to start the war in Iraq. People make a lot of money during wartime — $600 billion we've spent there so far — and a lot of that money has gone to friends of the administration, and of course there is all that oil. I don't think for a single second there was anything honorable about the decision to invade a sovereign country. They had nothing to do with 9/11 and had done nothing to the United States. But hey... what do I know?"[6]
On February 15, 2006, when Fox News Channel commentator Brit Hume interviewed Vice-President Dick Cheney after he had shot Harry Whittington in a hunting accident, Cafferty remarked, "I would guess it didn't exactly represent a profile in courage for the vice-president to wander over there to the F-word network for a sitdown with Brit Hume. I mean, that's a little like Bonnie interviewing Clyde, ain't it?"[7] As this is a common euphemism used at CNN to refer to Rupert Murdoch's network, Cafferty later clarified: "Get your mind out of the gutter. The F-word is Fox."[7]
Cafferty was reprimanded by the president of CNN when he called Donald Rumsfeld "an obnoxious jerk and war criminal" on the eve of the 2006 midterm election.[8] He made an on-air acknowledgment of having "stepped over the line", but later told the interviewer, "I will go to my grave as Jack Cafferty, private citizen, believing that these people committed war crimes."[8]
On August 19, 2008, he wrote an article comparing John McCain to George W. Bush, concluding that "I fear to the depth of my being that John McCain is just like him."[9]

(CNN) -- The Chinese Foreign Ministry demanded Tuesday that CNN's Jack Cafferty apologize for remarks he made last week, in which he called the Chinese "goons and thugs" and said products manufactured in China are "junk."

"Cafferty used the microphone in his hands to slander China and the Chinese people (and) seriously violated professional ethics of journalism and human conscience," Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu said Tuesday, according to China's state-run Xinhua news agency.

She said Cafferty's remarks "reflected his arrogance, ignorance and hostility towards the Chinese people, ignited indignation of Chinese (at) home and abroad and will be condemned by those who safeguard justice around the world."

CNN issued a statement Tuesday saying: "We are aware of concerns about Jack Cafferty's comments related to China in the context of the upcoming Olympics, which were broadcast on The Situation Room on April 9, 2008.

"CNN would like to clarify that it was not Mr. Cafferty's, nor CNN's, intent to cause offense to the Chinese people, and [CNN] would apologize to anyone who has interpreted the comments in this way.

"CNN is a network that reports the news in an objective and balanced fashion. However, as part of our coverage we also employ commentators who provide robust opinions that generate debate.

"On this occasion Jack was offering his strongly held opinion of the Chinese government, not the Chinese people --- a point he subsequently clarified on The Situation Room on April 14.

"It should be noted that over many years, Jack Cafferty has expressed critical comments on many governments, including the U.S. government and its leaders."

Cafferty, who appears daily on CNN's "The Situation Room," made the remarks as host Wolf Blitzer was comparing today's China to that of 20 or 30 years ago.

"I don't know if China is any different, but our relationship with China is certainly different," Cafferty said. "We're in hock to the Chinese up to our eyeballs because of the war in Iraq, for one thing. They're holding hundreds of billions of dollars worth of our paper. We are also running hundreds of billions of dollars' worth of trade deficits with them, as we continue to import their junk with the lead paint on them and the poisoned pet food and export, you know, jobs to places where you can pay workers a dollar a month to turn out the stuff that we're buying from Wal-Mart.

"So I think our relationship with China has certainly changed," he said. "I think they're basically the same bunch of goons and thugs they've been for the last 50 years."

He issued a clarification of his remarks on Monday's "Situation Room," saying that by "goons and thugs," he meant the Chinese government, not the Chinese people. It was unclear whether China's Foreign Ministry was aware of the clarification when it held the Tuesday news conference.

In the days following his remarks, however, the Legal Immigrant Association launched an online petition condemning his statements as "racist" and "despicable" and demanding that CNN discipline Cafferty and apologize to the Chinese people. Nearly 45,000 people had signed it as of Tuesday afternoon.

In the petition, the association describes itself as "a leading organization of legal immigrants mainly comprised of people from China." According to its Web site, the nonprofit group is based in Santa Clara, California, and was founded in 2007 as an organization "dedicated to the social well-being of employment-based immigrant professionals."

The state-run English-language newspaper China Daily also said in an editorial Tuesday that an apology is called for, calling Cafferty "pathetic" and noting, "it is rare for the world audience to hear such a blatant discrimination against an ethnic group of people with such a derogatory connotation."

Others angered by Cafferty's remarks were urging a boycott of CNN's advertisers
