style="font-size:10pt;color:black;line-height:100%;font-family:宋体;letter-spacing:0.4pt;mso-font-kerning:0pt;mso-bidi-font-family:arial;mso-hansi-font-family:arial;mso-ascii-font-family:arial">历史发展到今天，我军由过去的单一兵种发展到联合军团，由机械化向信息化迈进，传统游击战的战略战术还能适应我军未来的作战模式吗？答案是肯定的，仍然适用。游击战的战法同样也适用高技术条件下的信息战争，只不过是时代不同作式地域和环境的改变而已。现在中国的军事专家们都在研究美军的作战理论，什么“先发制人式的打击、外科手术式的打击、不对称作战理论、信息战等等。”研究来研究去胆子是越来越小了，最后导致成了恐美症。在军事斗争中表现得缩手缩脚，不敢大胆出击丧失了许多的机会。就在我们研究美军作战的理念时，美军却在研究我们的孙子兵法毛泽东的战略战术。你说这不是怪事吗？关于美军的不对称作战理论，我的看法是：</span><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;line-height:100%;font-family:宋体;letter-spacing:0.4pt;mso-font-kerning:0pt;mso-bidi-font-family:arial;mso-hansi-font-family:arial;mso-ascii-font-family:arial">但是也决不能说战胜不了它。战争是一门艺术，需要用心去研究它，这就是你打的我打的我的。比如说，可能爆发的中美战争，我们在军力上与美军差距较大，但是美军也不敢派地面部队深入到中国的腹地，它只能依仗着强大的海空优势来轰炸我们的沿海城市，我们的海军、空军与美军硬拼只能是招致惨败。但是，我们采用游击战的战略战术就可以化被动为主动。我们可以在海上布雷、投放深水炸弹、潜艇设伏等战法，在海上猎杀美军。这就是典型游击战的打法。在与美军空中较量方面我们要注重打击美军的空军基地、机场、叫你飞出来，回不去，端你的老窝。以我军的实力是完全可以做到的，战争是靠计谋取胜的，不能死打硬拼。比如说，我们的战略导弹部队，就可以采用游击战术与美军周旋。我们即有固定的发射井，同时还具备机动发射的能力，中国幅员辽阔战略纵深几千公里回旋余地大能打能藏，公路、铁路海上都具备发射能力，随时可以对美国本土进行战略打击，这就是传统意义上的出其不意攻其不备游击战的打法。</span></span></p><p
